About Us
Elliott’s Cleaning Services (now E.C.S.) was established in 2005 by our Founder, Tracey Elliott. She started the business as a Solopreneur and slowly built up her clientele in the residential cleaning space. Just over a decade later, in 2017, she began expanding into commercial spaces and growing her business with additional employees. Tracey successfully built out the business and employed a full team of cleaners in both residential and commercial spaces. In 2024, she brought in Jonathan Henry, our current Owner and CEO. Tracey had been looking for someone to help carry on her legacy while expanding the business further into commercial spaces. Jonathan’s background in business consulting and process efficiency is key to honing the already successful E.C.S. and expanding further into commercial areas through streamlined processes and specialized training programs.
Mission
E.C.S. is a locally owned and operated cleaning business that services residential and commercial spaces. Our mission is to be the premier cleaning service in Tucson, AZ, by consistently delivering prompt and excellent service. We operate on the philosophy that a clean space brings peace of mind, and we want to bring peace to the greater Tucson area.
Core Values
Integrity
Being a person who is whole and the same in every situation. Holding yourself accountable so others do not have to hold you accountable.
Excellence
Working to the utmost of your ability and striving always to improve and grow. Growing is something to seek and not something to hide from.
Innovation
We should always consider how we can improve ourselves and the company. How can we improve our processes, people, and policies to further align with our mission?
Peace
Peace is created by calm, consistent orderliness. We ensure that we show up with plenty of time to work smoothly and clean to the same level of excellence every time.
Joy
We strive to treat others as we would want to be treated. Joy does not mean we have to feel happy about what we are doing or who we are talking to; instead, it means having the courage to overcome our feelings, greet each other with a smile and courtesy, regardless.
