Residential Services

Includes a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and restrooms, dusting and care of surfaces, vacuuming and mopping all floors.  Services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and on-call basis.  All cleaning supplies and equipment are included.  Prices vary widely depending on the size of the home and the type of cleaning.

Light Cleaning

Our Light Cleaning Service keeps your home fresh and tidy with attention to general maintenance areas around your home. Recommended frequency: daily to weekly.

  • Dust window sills and ledges

  • Dust all accessible and clear flat surfaces

  • Wipe and sanitize table tops and counters

  • Vacuum carpeted floors (use edge attachments as needed)

  • Vacuum, dust mop, or sweep hard floors

  • Wet mop hard floors

Standard Cleaning

Our Standard Cleaning service builds on our Light Cleaning package, adding deeper attention to commonly used areas and high-touch surfaces. Recommended frequency: weekly to biweekly.

Includes all Light/Maintenance Cleaning, plus:
  • Entire house: Wipe clean mirrors

  • Glass/ Entire House: Clean inside of patio door and front door/ entry glass

  • Wipe clean and dry exterior of large & small kitchen appliances

  • Clean microwave inside & out

  • Wipe clean kitchen surfaces such as table tops and counters

  • Scour and wipe clean kitchen sinks paying particular attention close to faucet

  • Clean tub and shower using cleaner and scrub brush to remove soap buildup, including on doors and in tracks (including removing hard water rings)

  • Disinfectant and wipe clean toilets (including removing hard water rings)

  • Scour and wipe clean bathroom sinks paying particular attention close to faucet  (including removing hard water rings)

  • Wipe clean bathroom surfaces such as shelves and counters

  • After cleaning, rinse and dry tubs, showers, sinks, and outside of toilet

  • Takeout trashes and replace trashbags

  • Disinfect bathroom hard floor

Premium Cleaning

The Premium Cleaning Service includes everything in our Standard Cleaning Package, adding a deeper approach for a truly refreshed home. Recommended frequency: monthly to quarterly.

Includes all Standard Cleaning, plus:
  • Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling fans

  • Dust blinds and wall hangings

  • Dust furniture thoroughly including tops, sides, legs and bases

  • Door frames, woodwork spot cleaned

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture including pillows and cushions

  • Clean reachable (without moving ) areas of washer and dryer (tops, sides, fronts); wipe inside washer lid and soap dispenser

  • Clean Oven - inside and out - including stove top

  • Polish all kitchen chrome surfaces such as faucets with clean, dry cloth

  • Polish all bathroom chrome surfaces such as faucets with clean, dry cloth

  • Wipe Clean baseboards 

Ultimate Cleaning

Our Ultimate Cleaning Service takes our Premium Cleaning package to the next level, delivering the most complete home refresh we offer. Recommended frequency: semi-annual to annual.

Includes all Premium Cleaning, plus:
  • Pick up and arrange items neatly 

  • Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling vents, air returns, walls and baseboards using extension duster

  • Clean inside and out of light fixtures including sconce-type

  • Thoroughly vacuum out and wipe down window tracks

  • Wipe clean light switch covers

  • Wipe clean furniture including tops, legs, bases and cabinet doors

  • Inside of windows will be cleaned using appropriate solution and cloth (Any panes above 6 ft will be an additional fee)

  • Kitchen Refrigerator cleaned - inside, out, under and behind (if possible without moving) - Additional refrigerators are an additional fee

  • Spot clean kitchen walls 

  • Load and start dishwasher

  • Spot clean bathroom walls 

  • Treat wood furniture with approved product and soft cloth

  • Change linens, if available, make beds

  • Change, straighten and leave towels neatly arranged

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Service ensures every surface is spotless and ready for its next chapter. Recommended frequency: only when you have to move.

  • Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling fans

  • Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling vents, air returns, walls and baseboards using extension duster

  • Wipe Clean floor and ceiling vents/registers and return covers

  • Dust blinds

  • Dust window sills and ledges

  • Wipe down all shelves (closet, bookshelves, etc)

  • Clean inside and out of reachable (under 6 ft) light fixtures including sconce-type

  • Wipe down banisters/handrails, trim, moldings, and window frames

  • Thoroughly vacuum out and wipe down window tracks

  • Wipe down doors, including doorframe

  • Dust all clear, horizontal surfaces

  • Wipe down all horizontal surfaces (Counters, any built in surfaces)

  • Wipe clean light switch covers

  • Wipe down outlet covers

  • Wipe clean mirrors

  • Clean and polish porcelain and chrome fixtures

  • Wipe clean walls not recently re-painted

  • Vacuum and wipe inside and out of cabinets and drawers

  • Clean inside of patio door and front door/ entry glass

  • Inside of windows will be cleaned using appropriate solution and cloth (Any panes above 6 ft will be an additional fee)

  • Wipe clean surfaces such as table tops and counters

  • Mop hard floors (wood floors: use slightly dampened microfiber pad, dry)

  • Disinfect bathroom hard floor

Standard Policies

  • We confirm all cleaning appointments in advance. Cancellation fees apply if services are canceled within seven days or 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • To ensure our team can work efficiently, we kindly request that all loose items, such as clothing, toys, and general clutter, be removed from floors and surfaces before our arrival.

  • If linen service is included, please place fresh linens at the end of each bed. Any necessary keys, security codes, and access instructions should be provided before the start of work.

  • Upon completion, our team will secure alarms and lights according to your instructions.

  • All working utilities, including running water and electricity, must be available during the service, and air conditioning should be functioning and set to no higher than 75 degrees before the cleaners arrive.  If the conditions prevent the cleaners from performing their duties adequately, a cancellation fee will be assessed.

  • Please note that if biohazard materials (including mold, bodily fluids, or feces from persons or animals) or infestations (including bedbugs, rats, mice, etc.) are encountered, our team is not responsible for their removal and is not responsible for any portions of the cleaning that contain these elements. The safety of our cleaners comes first. Additionally, the full price of the cleaning may still be charged if these dangerous elements are not disclosed and removed beforehand.

Payments and late fees: All payments are due upon completion of cleaning.  Checks, cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Credit and Debit cards, and direct deposit are accepted.  A late fee of $100 is charged on all invoices outstanding at 30 days with an additional $5 per day thereafter.  

Cancellations: All cancellations within 7 days of your appointment are charged a $50 per cleaner fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are charged the full cleaning rate if not rescheduled. If rescheduled, we will still charge a percentage of the cleaning in order to pay the staff for the hours they were expecting to work.
