​Because every business is unique, from schools and bars to dental offices and corporate spaces, our cleaning services are fully customized to your needs. While the descriptions below outline the typical services offered in our Maintenance, Standard, and Deep Cleaning Package levels, these lists are not exhaustive. Your exact cleaning plan will be tailored after an in-person site visit, which includes a walkthrough and photos to assess your space. Think of these as starting points to help you choose the level of cleaning that’s right for you. Our team is available seven days a week for all size businesses throughout the Greater Tucson Area.
CLEANING PACKAGES
Maintenance Cleaning
Our Maintenance Cleaning Service provides light, frequent care to keep your business consistently fresh and welcoming. Recommended Frequency: Daily to weekly.

Dust and wipe accessible surfaces

Empty and replace trash can liners

Vacuum and/or sweep high-traffic areas

Mop hard floors as needed

Spot clean glass doors and entry areas

Disinfect high-touch points (door handles, light switches, etc.)

Restock supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc., if provided)
Regular Cleaning
Our Regular Cleaning Service builds on the Maintenance level with more detailed attention to common areas and workspaces.
Includes all Maintenance Cleaning, plus:

Dust blinds, ledges, and vents within reach

Wipe and disinfect desks, tables, and counters

Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks and fixtures
-
Clean kitchen or breakroom surfaces and appliances (exterior)
-
Vacuum upholstered furniture (if applicable)

Clean interior glass and mirrors
-
Spot clean walls and doors
Deep Cleaning
Our Deep Cleaning Service offers a top-to-bottom refresh, ideal for seasonal cleaning, pre- or post-event preparation, or periodic deep sanitizing.
Includes all Standard Cleaning, plus:

Includes all Standard Cleaning tasks, plus detailed, hard-to-reach cleaning.

High dusting of vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans

Clean and sanitize behind/under movable furniture and equipment

Deep clean restrooms and kitchens, including inside appliances

Wipe baseboards, trim, and detailed woodwork
-
Machine scrub hard floors (if applicable)

Shampoo or extract carpets (if applicable)

Wash interior windows, including tracks and frames
Standard Policies

We confirm all cleaning appointments in advance. Cancellation fees apply if services are canceled within seven days or 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

To ensure our team can work efficiently, we kindly request that all loose items, such as clothing, toys, and general clutter, be removed from floors and surfaces before our arrival.

If linen service is included, please place fresh linens at the end of each bed. Any necessary keys, security codes, and access instructions should be provided before the start of work.

Upon completion, our team will secure alarms and lights according to your instructions.

All working utilities, including running water and electricity, must be available during the service, and air conditioning should be functioning and set to no higher than 75 degrees before the cleaners arrive. If the conditions prevent the cleaners from performing their duties adequately, a cancellation fee will be assessed.

Please note that if biohazard materials (including mold, bodily fluids, or feces from persons or animals) or infestations (including bedbugs, rats, mice, etc.) are encountered, our team is not responsible for their removal and is not responsible for any portions of the cleaning that contain these elements. The safety of our cleaners comes first. Additionally, the full price of the cleaning may still be charged if these dangerous elements are not disclosed and removed beforehand.
Payments and late fees: All payments are due upon completion of cleaning. Checks, cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Credit and Debit cards, and direct deposit are accepted. A late fee of $100 is charged on all invoices outstanding at 30 days with an additional $5 per day thereafter.
Cancellations: All cancellations within 7 days of your appointment are charged a $50 per cleaner fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are charged the full cleaning rate if not rescheduled. If rescheduled, we will still charge a percentage of the cleaning in order to pay the staff for the hours they were expecting to work.
